Migraine headaches are characterized by a throbbing or aching pain, usually on one side of the head, accompanied by feelings of nausea, vision problems, or dizziness. Numbness may also occur.
There are two kinds of migraines: the common migraines (without an aura) and the aura migraines (with aura).
